Really understanding the problem of your potential customers is the foundation for a successful launch of your product or service, offline and online. Customer validation helps you to do exactly this. We will learn about different methodologies to understand your customers better to then being able to validate your assumptions through customer interviews.

Kathleen Fritzsche is an experienced entrepreneur from Germany who has been involved in the startup community since 2010. Kathleen co-founded StartUp Stuttgart in 2011, the main startup community in Southwest Germany, and Accelerate Stuttgart in 2012, with the vision to support early-stage startups in the region. Accelerate Stuttgart created and ran the first privately funded accelerator program in Stuttgart. For the past two years, Kathleen worked as Innovation Consultant and Product Owner for Zoi n Berlin, a tech consulting firm with focus on B2B software. She is now exploring new opportunities and challenges. Kathleen Fritzsche is a #SwissEP expert from Germany supporting the Macedonian ecosystem. “Swiss EP Talks” is an initiative by the Swiss Entrepreneurship Program (Swiss EP), funded by the Government of Switzerland and implemented by Swisscontact in consortium with J.E. Austin.
